Specific Outcome:
The course on child care and crèche management has addressed many significant issues and the outcomes are multifarious. It has enabled women students to emerge as enterprising entrepreneurs. This has motivated them to set Daycare Centers not only to gain monetary benefits but to enjoy rearing the children with positivity, affection and divine thoughts. The lectures rendered by gynecologists and ophthalmologists on the pre and post natal care, have been an eye opener to the women students.
A healthy society is determined by healthy women and education of this kind enables women to be conscious of bringing-up physically and mentally healthy children. The establishment of ‘crèche management’ has always been a distant dream for women of this area.
This course has instilled confidence in the minds of the students that they can be pioneers in establishing Day Care Centers which would be a great relief and boon to many women employees in future.
